I ride down the sandy road by Sunrise Rock to choose a campsite

There are a number of campsites to choose from in this scenic area, the main disadvantage being that a couple of them are close to the paved road. Sunrise Rock is easy to drive to, so it's probably not the best place to camp on a weekend.
