After my break at the Valley Wells store, I'm recharged and begin my way up Aiken Mine Road

This canyon provides excellent views to the south of a few high points in the Clark Mountain Range

I could spontaneously change my plan and hike up a drainage toward those high areas, but I decide to continue up the main canyon and see where that takes me.
