Kelso-Cima Road isn't too busy, but traffic is fast and there's no paved shoulder, so cars have to change lanes to pass me

An oncoming motorcyclist and I wave to each other as fellow two-wheeled brethern often do in the desert. I don't "get" intentionally loud motorcycles, but I share with the rest of them a certain minimalist outdoorsiness, since we can't carry all our household comforts on the back of our bikes, motorized or not.
